Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
Monitor and report clients' progress to management and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Must-Haves:

High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
Six months experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course
Current CPR Certificate is recommended
Meet the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
Have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
