Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Staff Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing education and training programs for our staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive staff development programs, including orientations, in-services, and continuing education opportunities

  • Collaborate with department managers and staff to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions

  • Develop and maintain educational resources, including policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluate program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices

  • Foster a culture of lifelong learning, encouraging staff participation and engagement in professional development opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff training files and program evaluations

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and active registration with the State Board of Nursing

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
