How you’ll make an impact in this role

Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, following clinical protocols to improve patient safety, quality outcomes, and overall patient experiences.
Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems, and communicate updates to support timely patient care decisions.
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination, efficient treatment plans, and positive patient outcomes.
Assess discharge planning needs and perform nursing interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
