Our LPN shifts are 8 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We offer sign-on bonuses, retention bonuses, and shift diffs for each shift! We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor Complete evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication reviews Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other individuals in the client’s care plan Assess and chart observations of the client’s condition at each visit Maintain complete and accurate documentation of nursing care Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team Provide education to clients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
