? What Overnight Care Looks Like

Overnight shifts are often calmer and more routine-focused, but still essential. You will:

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care)
Provide companionship and reassurance during the night
Help with safe transfers and mobility
Prepare light meals/snacks if needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying kitchen/bathroom, maintaining a clean client space)
Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the night

CNA, PCA, or caregiving experience preferred
