The Gardens at Millville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA! In this vital role, you’ll provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.

Pay Rate: $30.13–$31.63 per hour, depending on experience; shift differentials Evening Shift 1.50, Night shift 1.00, Weekend Shift 5.00

Available Shifts

  • Full-Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

  • We are also open to graduate nurses awaiting licensure (pending available supervision)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents.

  • Perform accurate, thorough, and timely nursing assessments in accordance with department standards.

  • Deliver both direct and indirect care that promotes each resident’s highest level of functioning and well-being.

  • Evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.

  • Coordinate and document the discharge planning process, ensuring residents and families understand the ongoing care plan.
