What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and patients for procedures.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure quality control.
  • Educate patients before and after exams.
  • Apply ALARA principles and maintain radiation safety standards.
  • Integrate imaging results with patient history and labs.
  • Support students or new staff as needed.

What You Bring
  • Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program (or equivalent).
  • NMTCB and/or ARRT‑N certification.
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross).
  • Venipuncture competency and PACS/RIS experience.
  • 1+ year of experience preferred (newer technologists encouraged to apply).

Verify that narcotic records are accurate for your shift. Follow facility policies and procedures regarding the destruction of medications. Provide medical transportation of residents to appointments. Obtain the necessary paperwork from the Physician/clinician and provide liaison work back to manager and facility. Schedule medical appointments, as requested. Obtain medication from the pharmacy and distribute to residences. Review medication inventory, documentation and expirations. Performs other related duties and activities as required, including providing DSP duties SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None Minimum Knowledge and Skills required for the Job The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Experienced direct care provider and CMT with a minimum of one year of positive performance in healthcare. Meets all requirements of direct care position. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Active Kentucky Certified Medication Technician Other Skills and Abilities: Must be 21 years of age to be considered for role Other Requirements: Travel as part of role with driving record that meets Sevita standards Physical Requirements: Heavy work.
