Our Resident Care Directors are responsible for:

Resident Services:

Developing and implementing the highest standards for assisted living services.
Working directly with residents to evaluate needs and services.
Conducting electronic evaluations of incoming residents and periodic re-evaluations to ensure proper documentation and billing.
Implementing services during new resident move-in and assisting with orientation.
Providing direct care to residents as needed.
Assessing, communicating, and documenting resident status.
Holding regular meetings with residents and families to ensure their needs are met.
Ensuring compliance with all state rules and regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Providing coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to team members.
Ensuring staff training, certification, and performance evaluations are completed.
Overseeing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage.

Administration:

Adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Coordinating with the General Manager on financial stability.
Maintaining resident records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

If you are someone with:

Education:

Current LPN/LVN or RN licensure as required by the state.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
Completion of dementia training per state regulations.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, or dementia care.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operating an electronic care system.

Actual pay rate within the stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
