Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule & Benefits:
Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, 11pm–7am shift opportunities available
Shift differentials offered 3-11, 11-7 & weekends

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not mandatory
Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders
Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team
Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
