What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities include:

Administer medications and treatments
-
Monitor resident conditions and vital signs
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
-
Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff
-
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being
-
Contribute to individualized care planning

Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
