Job Summary

Perform clinical support tasks at the direction of clinic providers, including vitals, simple tests, specimen collection, room turnover, and supply stocking; assist with minor procedures and occasional front-desk duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take vital signs, prep patients/rooms, and assist during exams/minor procedures.
  • Collect specimens; clean/sterilize instruments; maintain supplies.
  • Support simple diagnostics (e.g., EKG); assist with dressings/suture removal per competency.
  • Provide basic front-office help (check-in, calls) as needed.

The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. Follow the care plan and assist participants with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting.
