With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team in San Ramon, CA.

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men look better, feel better, and live better through personalized, proactive healthcare.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Ageless Provider, you’ll serve as a trusted clinician for patients pursuing lasting improvements in their health and vitality. You’ll lead patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based therapies that produce measurable results.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Conducting new patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, and performing physical assessments.
  • Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting lab work and diagnostic tests to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.
  • Overseeing the administration of weight management treatments, including GLP-1 medications, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections.
  • Reviewing and signing off on patient charts, treatment documentation, and lab results in the EMR.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal medical regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols.
  • Educating patients about hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results.
  • Collaborating closely with the medical director and clinical leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality care across the clinic.

Job Description Under the supervision of the UCSF Department of Surgery & Department of Medicine and guided by the policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and bylaws of the UCSF Medical Center, some Nursing Policies, and, Medical Staff Policies, and any unique to inpatient or ambulatory patient services (for those APPs providing services both in the inpatient and ambulatory environments) this Nurse Practitioner (NP) position is assigned to the Berkeley Cancer Outpatient Practice and Infusion Center. This APP position may perform delegated functions as appropriate to their “scope of practice”. In general, the “scope of practice” includes the management of chronic stable medical conditions, specialty protocols (e.g. chemotherapy), routine care, acute or critical care, and medical and surgical procedures. This position will provide outpatient care in approved age groups at UCSF Health settings. The APP has responsibility for the quality of standards of care for a specified patient population and evidences self-direction and accountability in the development of this role within the all UCSF medical center locations. AFED Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem

Job Description The Division of Geriatrics seeks a per-diem Nurse Practitioner to support the Age-Friendly Geriatrics Emergency Department (AFED) consult service. UCSF is engaged in providing care based on “What matters” as part of the Age-Friendly Health System (AFHS). This position requires optimizing the care of older adults presenting to the emergency department setting when geriatric consultants are requested by ED providers. The clinical work involves providing consult services from Geriatrics to ED by completing structured assessments, patient exam, and making recommendations to the ED and Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) for ongoing care/ home management as indicated. It involves coordination with pharmacists, ED providers, geriatricians, social workers, community-based providers, and other interdisciplinary professionals and/or services to create an optimal discharge or ongoing transition of care for the patient. The position requires working collaboratively with the geriatricians in the Division of Geriatrics that are identified on scheduled shifts, and with the ED attendings and providers. The position DOES NOT involve direct clinical management responsibilities of patients in the emergency department. The per diem position requires commitment of at least 4 shifts per month and all shifts are 8-10 hours with onsite clinical coverage 7 days per week. This translates to approximately 20% FTE per month, not to exceed 40% FTE per month. Our ideal candidate is a practicing nurse practitioner who possesses the advanced education, knowledge, clinical skills, and experience necessary to provide expert advanced nursing consultation in the geriatric specialty.
