RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care as you administer medications and perform treatments. You are conscientious about keeping all records up-to-date and accurate. Using your excellent leadership skills, you also direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families brings you a great deal of satisfaction!

RN Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nursing license
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
  • Valid CPR & IV Certification
  • Accepting new and seasoned RNs
  • Level 2 Background Screening

Record, track and trend surveillance and investigation of infections; and actions taken to prevent and control spread of infections and report to center QAPI committee. Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Diploma with associated RN & LPN license from an accredited college or university. Certificate/diploma or degree in nursing, or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in microbiology or epidemiology; or Associate's degree (or higher) in medical technology or clinical laboratory science; or completion of training in another related field such as that for physicians, pharmacists, and physician's assistants. Certification in Infection Control as specified by Appendix PP at F880 is required prior to assuming the role in infection prevention and control.
