Complete Care at Holmdel Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Wellness (RN) to lead clinical operations within our 121-bed assisted living community.

We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse with assisted living leadership experience who can ensure exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications of Director of Wellness (RN)

  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Prior leadership experience in an assisted living community required

  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical standards

  • Experience managing resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for providing high-quality care and enhancing resident quality of life

Responsibilities of Director of Wellness (RN)

  • Oversee all clinical and wellness services within the assisted living community

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies, and clinical standards

  • Manage resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing wellness monitoring

  • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff and caregivers
