Brookdale Phillippi Creek is seeking LPN's to join our team! We are a warm, welcoming community with 71 units in assisted living and 25 units in our memory care.  This position will work on the floor assisting in resident care and passing medication.

We will be hosting Walk-In interviews every Wednesday from 9am to 6pm-no appointment needed, just stop by!

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
