Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a Level 1 or 2 trauma and acute care environment. Perform thorough patient assessments with minimal supervision, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. Effectively utilize Electronic Medical Records, preferably EPIC, to document patient care. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Adhere to schedule requirements including working every other weekend and some holidays; flexible scheduling for extended time off is limited. Required Skills: Current New York State RN license. BLS certification, with ability and willingness to recertify. Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience (within past 2 years) in an acute care hospital setting of similar size and complexity.
