Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RN and physicians

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; LPN diploma or certification preferred

  • 1 year of experience as an LPN; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus

  • Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska

  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
