  • Accurately manage and order medications, supplies, and medical equipment essential to resident care

  • Deliver individualized nursing care plans with precision and empathy, tailored to each resident’s unique needs

  • Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures with attention to detail and best practices

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all resident care activities, assessments, and outcomes

  • Safeguard resident privacy and ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid LPN license in the State of New York

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

  • Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and professional nursing standards
