Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: Weekends (Every or Every Other)
Pay: Up to $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations

  • Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care

  • Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

  • Follow personalized care plans for each resident

  • Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures

  • Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions

  • Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in New Jersey

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

  • Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity
