About the Role

As a CNA with Advanced Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Advanced Healthcare Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Working collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and vital signs
• Participating in care conferences to discuss resident progress and identify areas for improvement
