Responsibilities The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN. Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements: Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
