As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations

Qualifications:

Current RN license in state of practice
CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
CNN certification a plus

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Registered Nurse (RN) Work Schedule May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy. Work 24 hours per weekend- two 12-hour weekend shifts scheduled between 7pm Friday through 7a Monday. Paid 4 hours of regular day at base rate for each scheduled weekend shift. (Work 24 hours, paid for 32 hours) Eligible for all applicable hourly shift differentials Eligible to work additional shifts at either campus. Eligible for any applicable premium pay offered. Overtime is paid after 40 worked hours in the workweek. The 8 premiium hours do not count toward weekly overtime test.
