Serves as the designated shift resource for new clinical staff during their first year of employment, beyond their precepted orientation period. Ethics & Integrity In the absence of the Practice Manager, collaborates with the covering Practice Manager and/or Practice Director to address/stabilize management and operational issues requiring immediate attention, i.e., staffing and scheduling, disciplinary actions. Supports the department’s Shared Governance structure and is accountable for quality improvement outcomes. Education/Experience/Licensure Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required or must be actively enrolled in a program. Termination of a program without degree completion, will remove eligibility for the role. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of current experience in an acute care setting required. Must be at a clinical level that reflects proficiency and in-depth knowledge of nursing practice. Licensure: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire required.
