Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Opportunity

Join the Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing facility in Sparta, North Carolina. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, and we offer a competitive salary of $25 HOURLY.

Responsibilities:

Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager
Communicate effectively and interact with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
Assist nurses with various duties as directed

Requirements:

Current Nursing Assistant certification from the State of North Carolina
Current or active CPR certification, preferred
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
