Registered Nurse | Med/Surg, Full-Time (Benefit Eligible) - Nights

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our collaborative team at Memorial Health! 

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Direct and coordinate all nursing care for assigned patients, ensuring effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data collection for direct and indirect patient care.
  • Document patient care activities thoroughly and reflectively on appropriate hospital forms.
  • Educate patients and their families on relevant health information and provide written materials as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing with current licensure in the State of Ohio or multi-state with Ohio recognized.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Completion of twenty-four (24) contact hours of approved Continuing Education (CE) during each two (2) year licensure renewal period as required by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Continuous certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Certification in American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of employment and maintenance of bi-annual renewal thereafter.
  • Completion of National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification within six (6) months of hire and annual renewal thereafter.
  • Completion of Behavioral Health & De-Escalation Training (BHDT) within six (6) months of hire and annual renewal thereafter.
