Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Assist with managing medications and medical equipment
Monitor and report changes in a client's condition to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and comfortably
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
