Position Description:
 

The LPN provides nursing care for patients, cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and their patient team members in maintaining standards of care in the clinical setting utilizing the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responds to emergencies and monitors patient conditions
• Performs timely assessments and documents care accurately
• Follows physician orders and nursing protocols
• Coordinates with care team and maintains patient hygiene
• Prioritizes tasks and ensures patient safety
• Completes documentation and shift reports per standards

Qualifications:
1. Current licensure by the Louisiana Practical Board of Nursing is required.
