How you’ll make an impact in this role Expertly scrub for high-acuity cases, including open-heart, vascular, thoracic, and emergency aortic dissections. Meticulously manage delicate CV tools, pledgeted sutures, and vascular grafts in a fast-paced environment. Anticipate critical needs during cardiopulmonary bypass cannulation and time-sensitive hemodynamic maneuvers.
