About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our experienced healthcare team. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department during the overnight hours. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Night Shift Nursing Operations: Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants during the night shift, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
• Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care plans, ensure accurate medications administration, and provide necessary guidance to nursing staff.
• Staff Development and Training: Identify training needs, provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct performance evaluations to promote staff growth and development.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement changes, and monitor outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of prior nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
