Aesthetic Registered Nurse

$50/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential

No overnights

What You'll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you'll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

Current RN license (state-issued)
2+ years in aesthetics practice
Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
Weekend and evening availability required
Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per days
Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible to plan, organize, develop, direct and delegate (as appropriate) the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and facility policies. The objective is to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and/or Wisconsin. Minimum of one (1) year nursing service administration experience. Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within two weeks of employment. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with personnel. Must be personable, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
