Infection Preventionist (RN) Responsibilities

  • Oversee infection prevention & control program

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits

  • Monitor infection trends, EMARs, and wound care practices

  • Educate and support staff on best practices

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Infection Preventionist (RN) Qualifications:

  • Active RN or license in NJ

  • IP certification (or willing to obtain)

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care

  • Strong clinical and organizational skills

Position Summary Under the direction of the Medical Director, Provider, Practice Manager/Supervisor and/or Service Line Director coordinates general office activities and performs direct clinical care in a courteous, caring, and respectful manner.
