Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. This position will assist multiple clinics in the Denver area.



Work Experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements. 
  • Previous dialysis nursing experience required.

Enliven is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to service home infusion patients in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding locations. Report patient care/conditions/progress to the patient's physician/pharmacy and Clinical Manager continuously. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Home Training Registered Nurse HHD/PD

Job Requirements The Home Training Registered Nurse evaluates, trains, and provides support to the dialysis facility’s home patients, care partners, and families. This position exercises knowledge of patient rights and ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment. The position must demonstrate familiarity with dialysis procedures and the knowledge, skills, and judgment necessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the dialysis patient. Work Experience Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure. Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing. Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements. Additional three (3) months of experience in the specific modality unless otherwise specified in specific state regulations. Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and maintenance of the dialysis access. Basic training certificates if less than one (1) year in this modality. Previous supervisory and teaching experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current CPR Certification Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
