Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your position is provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and any other duties that may be directed by your supervisor.

We are located in within a medical district close to Darby Creek and West Chester Pike expressway. Job Summary Assists professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned area. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel. Essential Functions Consults with and keeps supervisor informed of unit activities, needs, and problems related to patient care.
