Experience: A minimum of 3 years of nursing work experience required (2 years of nursing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience). Certification in specialty area preferred or completion within one year of eligibility strongly encouraged. Licensure/Certification: Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
