Position Description: RN - Clinical Nurse SRO Pool - NICU

BayCare's staffing resource office is currently in search of experienced NICU nurses who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

System Pool 13–26-week night shift assignments.

Current assignment available at Winter Haven Women's Hospital for night shift.

Assignments are based on needs of the system. Block scheduling is not available.

Positions details- Registered Nurse- NICU 13–26-week assignment

  • Locations: Winter Haven
  • Status: Pool, non-exempt
  • Shift: 645pm-715am (72 hours per pay period) OT is paid at time and a half.
  • Every other weekend and holiday bundle requirement
  • On Call: No
  • Always in person

Requirements

  • RN (Registered Nurse) License
  • Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
  • 2-year's NICU RN experience in a hospital setting.
  • BLS and ACLS(AHA)-certifications must not expire within 30-days of start date
  • NRP certification
  • Charge Nurse experience and travel nurse experience strongly preferred.
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred.
