We serve families across Kalamazoo, Portage, Oshtemo, Comstock, Texas Township, and the surrounding communities. If you have at least a year of caregiving experience and a real heart for working with older adults — whether as a Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — we'd love to meet you. With multiple shifts open, you can build a schedule that fits your life, close to home.

What you'll do:

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and gentle exercise
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
  • Offer companionship and genuine emotional support
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
  • A caring, patient nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
