Our Urgent Care APPs, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center.

What background Urgent Care APPs need:

Nurse Practitioner:

Education

  • Master’s or higher degree in Nursing required.
  • Certification prior to the Masters’ degree requirement and current practice as a Nurse Practitioner in their area of specialization or documentation of current competency.


Experience

  • Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
  • One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.


Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory

  • Current licensure as RN and APRN in State of Minnesota.
  • Valid DEA Registration.

Elm Creek Park Reserve is a great spot for the outdoor-oriented, complete with a 29-acre fenced-in, off-leash dog park. A bike shop, boutique stores and artisan market make up a few of the shops in downtown Champlin.
