Job Description LPN: $26.06-$33.86/hour HealthPartners is currently hiring for an LPN within Urogynecology. This role will be working at HealthPartners Specialty Center (435 Phalen Blvd., Saint Paul, MN) and HealthPartners Woodbury Specialty Center (233 Radio Drive, Woodbury, MN) but could include other locations in the future. The Required Qualifications For The LPN Position Include Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current LPN licensure in Minnesota. Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained (online-only BLS certification is not acceptable). Demonstration of written and oral communication skills. The Preferred Qualifications For The LPN Position Include One year of full time employment as an LPN. The LPN Position Responsibilities Include Identify common and recurring nursing needs of the patient. Recognize the need for and perform routine office procedures and testing in ambulatory care setting. Assist patients to achieve basic health care goals. Identify patient education needs, provide instruction, and refer appropriately. Document observations, actions, and patient outcomes. Provide safe, accurate and clinically competent direct care to patients and families. Recognize patients’ abnormalities or urgent problems and seek appropriate assistance. Obtain health history information. Obtain accurate vital signs, recognize and report variances. Teach techniques or provide information according to established program.
