In-Home Caregiver
Powder Springs, GA

Join our compassionate team at Delta Homecare - Georgia as an In-Home Caregiver and help bring comfort and independence to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, including companionship, light housework, meal assistance, and medication reminders. Your role will be to improve the quality of life for our clients, enabling them to remain at home and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
• Assist with light housework, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup, including cooking and doing dishes
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom
• Accompany clients on weekly errands, such as grocery shopping or banking
• Remind clients of medication schedules and appointments
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver or CNA
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate demeanor
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and physical endurance
