About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our talented team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and medical status
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and positioning
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in nursing care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety and respect
