About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents

  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

  • Work collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

UP to a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Position Summary: As a member of the Skilled Nursing team, the certified nursing assistant assists the professional nursing staff by providing care that allows the skilled nursing residents to function at their highest level. Services to be provided for residents over 16 years of age regardless of age, race, religion, and cultural background. Majority of services provided for elderly. Education, License & Cert: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
