Desired Qualifications:

Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
CPR/BLS certification
Strong assessment and communication skills
Flexibility to move between various school levels and adapt to diverse needs
Ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff
Pediatric experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver routine and emergency nursing care to students in health room settings
Administer medications and treatments according to physician’s orders and school policy
Assess and document student health concerns or injuries
Work collaboratively with school team members to support student health initiatives
Maintain accurate health records and protect student confidentiality
Offer guidance and support for chronic condition management (e.g. diabetes, asthma)
Respond promptly and calmly to medical emergencies
