Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
Full Time, 36 hours weekly
Hours: Monday-Friday, 0700-1530 to 0930 -1800
On-call schedule
What you will do:
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
What you will need:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Illinois.
BLS – Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) - American Heart Association (AHA)
BLS certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Red Cross
BLS certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS certification
Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role - preferably in Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology
