About Us:
At SYNERGY HomeCare, we provide compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.

What you’ll do:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration)
Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team.
Follow individualized care plans and agency standards.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA Certifications
Current CPR certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
Recent TB Test Results.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Must have strong communication skills.

Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening for an experienced home health aide/ CNA in our medical group home 7pm- 7am. Starting rate $19/hr. The schedule rotates from week to week to accomodate every other weekend. Week one only work Thursday night 7pm- 7am. Week 2 work Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat Sun 7pm-7am and back to week 1 next week. Ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple patients who are medically complex. 1st position is fulltime days 7am-7pm days needed rotate from week to week ex: ( Fri, Sat, Sun then Wed. (the next week is Mon, Tues) ( pay cycle runs Wed-Tue and paid out every Friday). Note training is paid at training rate of $15/hr.
