Location: Philadelphia, PA 19115

We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care for a 20-year-old female with special needs.

Pay Rate: $16.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Approximately 42 hours per week
Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 6 overnight shifts
- Week 2: 5 overnight shifts
Consistent rotating schedule

Position Requirements:

Previous Home Health Aide or caregiving experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
Strong commitment to client safety and supervision

Responsibilities:

Provide overnight supervision to ensure the client's safety and well-being
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Maintain a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night
Follow the established care plan and communicate any concerns with the care team
Arrive on time each shift, as reliability is essential due to the family's work schedule
