Overview:

Diabetes and School Health (DASH) is an enhanced care-coordination program that works to provide the best diabetes care through direct oversight, education and support for patients living with Type I and Type II Diabetes. Services are provided in schools.

This position will travel to schools in Columbus and the surrounding area to provide services to students enrolled in the program. Schedule is M-F Day shift. Some options available for a modified summer schedule based on clinical need.

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
