If you're an LPN who loves fast‑paced outpatient care, values teamwork, and wants to make a real difference in our Chapel Hill community, we’d love to talk with you. At WakeMed, you’ll be part of a compassionate, high‑performing team living out the WakeWay to Excellence every day.
About the Role
Our LPNs are the heartbeat of the practice—supporting providers, delivering exceptional patient care, and helping ensure every patient feels welcomed, seen, and supported. In this role, you’ll use your clinical skills, attention to detail, and caring personality to help patients navigate their health journey smoothly and confidently.
You’ll work closely with your care team to room patients, gather clinical data, administer medications, support care coordination, and ensure accurate documentation for high‑quality care delivery. And because MyCare 365 is a dynamic primary care environment, every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to grow.
