Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced HHA/PCA to join our team in Deer Park, Suffolk. As a HHA/PCA, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients, while also assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, to clients in their homes
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
Travel to client homes, preparing for and adapting to diverse settings and circumstances
Work collaboratively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

Willingness to travel to client homes
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
