Registered Nurse (RN) / Per Diem - Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center

$33-$36/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, FL. As a per diem RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, while working in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and treatment plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical director and care team

  • Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the State of Florida

  • 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting

  • Strong nursing skills and ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
