Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA at our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Assist with vital signs, bed mobility, and other essential care tasks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

Requirements:

A minimum of one year prior experience as a CNA in a Nursing Home
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and with care
Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
